Dish highlights include clay pot slipper lobster, green eye garoupa fish, double-boiled ming mok ee with pork spare ribs, stuffed sea cucumber with homemade tofu, Hong Kong kai lan with shimeji mushroom, chilled mango puree and chocolate pralines.
