Curated by Chef Kenny, you’ll find a decadent five-course creation with highlights like housemade Tajarin with Alba white truffles, truffle butter and veal broth, slow-cooked Risotto with buttery-rich Foie Gras and Alba White truffles and Vitello, melt-in-your-mouth Dutch veal tenderloin with black garlic, potato confit, spinach and charcoal Tuile.
