The hotel was clean, well located, reasonable, and had a very friendly, helpful staff. There's morning breakfast and afternoon nibbles with some packages. We'll be back and would certainly recommend.

This is our favorite hotel in NYC so far. It’s close to everything! Time Square and Broadway right at your fingertips. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The Manager’s Reception on the Mezzanine was delightful! The ambience was sexy, comfortable and the highlight of our stay. I can’t wait to come back!
I opted to stay at the Premier Hotel as a last minute option as the hotel I usually stay at had bumped up it's prices considerable, and I am very glad I did. The hotel is well located, clean and the room was a good size. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back.Found the hotel slightly difficult to locate upon arriving. The front of it’s sister hotel, the Millennium, is very obvious as is the front of the Hudson Theatre next door. On the other side of the Hudson theatre, there is a glass rotating door which takes you into the lobby of the Premier (this can also be accessed by entering the Millennium, turning right immediately, going past the suitcases and through the doors into the Hudson Theatre Lobby and out the other side). The Premier feels much more like a modern boutique hotel as soon as you enter the lobby. Check in was quick and efficient (the queue I’d passed in the Millennium was very long by comparison) and you never have to wait long for a lift. The room was spacious, clean and kept warm for arrival which was appreciated when it was around -10 degrees C outside! There is a safe, umbrella and coffee machine (with tea capsules as well as coffee) in the room. The only thing that I felt was missing was a fridge. The room was very quiet in terms of noise (as was the hotel in general), impressive given it’s next door to a theatre and its proximity to Times Square, which meant that I got a great sleep each night. The bathroom is the biggest bathroom I’ve had in a New York hotel and it was great to have both a shower and separate bath. The only slight downside was that the bathroom was colder than the main room and the heating didn’t seem to reach the bathroom as much. Many of the amenities and services are in the sister hotel the Millenium, but thankfully you do not have to go outside to use these as you can go through the lobby of the Hudson. Found the staff at both hotels to be very helpful when I needed to go between and find anything. Breakfast is complementary and served on the second floor of the Premier. A huge plus point for me was the joint mail centre in the Millenium, which meant that I could get a parcel shipped to the hotel. Other four star hotels I’ve stayed in in this area have charged ridiculous fees for even one package so I really appreciated being able to go and collect it with little hassle (a message was left on the phone in my room telling me it had arrived). There is obviously plenty to do in the surrounding area, including a grocery store (Whole Foods on Bryant Park) a number of coffee shops, pharmacies, shops and more. There are two subway entrances within three blocks and it’s also only a few blocks away from Bryant Park where you can get buses to the various airports around the City.
We enjoyed our stay while celebrating our 65th wedding anniversary. Our visit was enhanced by the staff in reception. We have spent our last 15 anniversaries at the Milliennium and Premier and hope to be back next year. Newt and Renee Gold
