  • Check-In Time: 4:00 pm
  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 am
  • Late Check-Out Fee: $25 plus tax per hour until 4:00 pm.  Full day charge is applied after 4:00 pm.
  • Minimum Age to Register: 21
  • Incidental Deposit: $50 per night is taken on credit or debit card at time of check-in. The authorization is released at the time of check-out and will be returned within 3-5 business days.
  • Rollaway Bed Fee: $45 per day. Subject to availability.
  • Facilities Fee / Resort Fee: $25 plus tax per night.
  • Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Premium high-bandwidth service is included in the facility fee.

“Excellent Experience!”

My boyfriend and I would like to give The Millennium staff a big thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We were truly treated like family by all of the staff (including the doormen, Kevin and Greg). Kevin and Greg were absolutely WONDERFUL and so helpful! Both gave us great recommendations for a smooth ride to La Guardia Airport. For some of our plans, my boyfriend and I used Uber around the city when the walking distances were too long. However, we suggest that the day you checkout and go to the airport, to book the hotel's town car service. The trip is a flat rate ($48) and there is no up charges if there is traffic (Uber is notorious for higher prices during rush hour). My boyfriend and I would like to also thank the concierge for recommending Chazz Palminteri Restaurant and making a dinner reservation for our anniversary dinner. The check-in process was very quick and we were given a room on the 50th Floor (I recommend staying on a higher floor so you can enjoy the view!). The room was very clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the a/c was nice and cold. I suggest that if you are planning to sight see in the Manhattan area that you select The Millennium simply because you will be right in the heart of Manhattan. There are PLENTY of restaurants and bars within walking-distance of the hotel. My boyfriend and I also walked to Rockefeller Center from the hotel for our tour (literally a 15 minute walk). My boyfriend and I planned to stay at the hotel from Friday to Sunday. However, American Airlines cancelled our flight right after we checked out of the hotel. After we learned about our cancelled flight, we immediately contacted The Millennium. When we told the hotel about what had happened, they accommodated us for one more night and gave us an AMAZING rate. Thank you again to this wonderful hotel for allowing us to enjoy such a beautiful anniversary trip! We will be back soon :)

“Great location! Great beds!”

Very convenient location with excellent beds. I would highly recommend this hotel. The bell captains are extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Close to time square and only a few steps from everything you need to access. I’ve been to New York a lot of times and this is definitely one of my favorite hotels.

“Great Customer Service”

I stopped in to use the restroom in the lobby, but it was locked for guests only. So, I asked the front desk to enable access, and Miti was exceptionally helpful and gracious. He gave me a visitor pass to the restroom. The lobby of this hotel was beautiful. They are now being managed by Hilton. The location is very central, and close to Times Square, though removed enough not to be overrun by crowds. Really appreciated Miti's help. And it favorably disposed me to consider this hotel next time I am in New York as a place for staying.
