We are proud to showcase our Coast to Coast menu created using fresh British produce sourced from the sea, hedgerow and fields by renowned chef, Steve Tonkin. From shucked Morecambe Bay rock oysters, plump Lyme Bay scallops and fresh grilled fish caught by day boats on the coast, to foraged vegetables and exceptional seasonal game.
