To celebrate Olive Restaurant's culinary successes, the kitchen last year was awarded with AA Rosette 2010-17 for culinary excellence.
Chef Davide Di Croce has been at the helm of Olives Restaurant for many years now. Having arrived on London 15 years ago, Davide has built up an extensive list of impressive former workplaces, included in these are the kitchens of the Kyatt, Kempinsky and the Berkeley to name just a few.
Such a prestigious career has allowed Davide to perfect his skill, hone his style and given him the confidence to twist old classics into modern favourites. His love of Italy shines through all his dishes and when tasting some of Olive's firm favourites: the Lasagna Di Manzo, Tagliatelle with Lobster, Garlic & Chili, Saffron Risotto with Braised Veal & Bone Marrow or even a Mixed Fish Grill and Lamb Rump served with Vegetable Caponata and Red Wine Jus, guests are transported back to the Di Croce family restaurant where Davide's imagination was sparked and where he decided to pursue a culinary career.
Today, Davide has brought his own simple, flavoursome style to The Bailey's Hotel and elevated Olive to be the AA Rosette restaurant that it is where "fresh produce, passion and love are the basic ingredients of any recipe."
