I booked a day at the millennium as it was half the price of the Dubai transit hotel and we had 12 hours before our next flight. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport which was great. The hotel is also next door to the airport so any fear of missing a flight due to traffic is non-existant.
