The hotel was clean, well located, reasonable, and had a very friendly, helpful staff. There's morning breakfast and afternoon nibbles with some packages. We'll be back and would certainly recommend.

Extremely helpful front desk staff. Room is spacious given the size of hotel room in Times Square area. The hotel location is excellent. However, the bed is somewhat smaller than what I expected. Other than that, all good!
This hotel is not only in the best location, it is almost hidden from the hustle and bustle of Times Square. The rooms are bright and airy with floor to roof windows. The room is modern and sleek with a comfortable couch. The TV has ALL the channels you could possibly want. The bathroom has a a shower AND tub. If you reserve your room on the hotel website you get access to the lounge where you get a free breakfast and an evening reception with wine and snacks. The staff is beyond professional and remember your every need. We will be back.
We were delighted by the Premier Time Square. Only seven rooms each floor but good size with nice bathroom, couch and space to move. Modern decor as in photos on web. Very close to everything Broadway but not noisy. Nor the hustle bustle of a large hotel. We were delighted when we mentioned not having a fridge to reception, that one was delivered. Unexpected but really helpful for a one week stay holidaying in New York. The lounge is a gem also for Millenium members or those with certain bookings. I never use the overpriced restaurants in hotels for breakfast or dinner - they are a dead idea. The lounge let us get get a coffee and a light breakfast at no charge and was much appreciated, as was somewhere to flop after a busy day. This is a winner of an idea. Never use a hotel restaurant for overpriced breakfast or a bar, but this was just great, felt like a special treat (even if we were probably paying for it in the rate). Modern rooms, good price, great location, low stress accomodation. The staff were friendly too.Definitely recommend to friends for visiting NYC for 1-10 days.
