Excellent location to Michigan Ave! The hotel is beautiful and the staff was very welcoming and friendly! Above and beyond! Very helpful providing information as well. comfortable beds, quiet inside rooms, a wonderful stay! Parking seems very expensive however you can leave your vehicle parked until 5 the last day of stay, great benefit to allow extra sightseeing with no hassle of moving vehicle etc. would highly recommend
Built in 1927, the 4-star Millennium Knickerbocker Chicago has a colorful history.
Al Capone’s brother once ran a casino on the Penthouse Floor, and in the ’70s, it had a stint as the Playboy Towers. We’ve housed such luminaries as John F. Kennedy, Richard Nixon and the Rolling Stones. A landmark in its own right, our hotel has 306 guest rooms and suites, and 18,500 Sq Ft (1,719 Sqm) of meeting space, including the iconic Crystal Ballroom, complete with illuminated dance floor and gold-gilded domed ceiling.
Drink in the 1920’s cocktail menu at Martini Bar. One of the Best Chicago Hotels off of the Magnificent Mile, we're also an easy walk to 360 Chicago and the Museum of Contemporary Art.

Stayed in a "Superior King" room. It was spacious, nicely appointed and well maintained and clean. The bathroom was marble and had ample counter space. The location is very good. It is at the end of the main shopping district, just off of Michigan Avenue . . .

First time in Chicago...we really enjoyed the hotel's staff, location, and history. The room was clean, efficient and charming with a great shower. The staff was extremely helpful and informing about the area. Will definitely be back...Thank you for making our first Chicago visit an enjoyable experience
I booked this room as a last minute trip and had family staying near by. It is centrally located, within walking distance to all the shopping, many restaurants and Navy Pier. Best deal in that general vicinity.
We had excellent attention from Charisse who assigned us a a beautiful newly remodelled room and gave us a great welcome with her hospitality after a late flight. Then Marcus also at the front desk was very helpful with touristic tips and hints of bus lines to museums. We will surely be back to this hotesl as soon as possible. It also has the best location for shopping and restaurants just 2 or three minutes from michigan avenue at the corner of the hotel.
