• Rates are inclusive of prevailing Tax. 
• Rates are only applicable 3 days pre and post of event date.
• Cancellation Less than 48 Hours prior to arrival or No Show, penalty 01 night's stay will be charged accordingly.
• To enable the hotel to facilitate your room availability upon arrival, kindly advise the hotel of the estimated time of arrival.
• In order to secure your booking with us, a valid credit card is needed to guarantee your reservation within 72 hours prior to the arrival date (Credit Card number and expiration date of card are required).
• No-show arrival with a pre-arranged limousine transfer is subject to a full charge unless prior written cancellation has been received by the hotel at least 7 days prior to estimated time of arrival.
