The Spirit of Adventure in Singapore

Oct 12,2017

A total melting pot of culture, Singapore is a combination of futuristic skyscrapers, stunning tropical greenery and tons of adventure. For those who have the need for speed or want to travel great heights, this city will spoil you with new adventures every single day.

Indoor Sky Diving

Start with a bang and try free falling at Singapore’s world famous IFLY. At almost five stories high, the wind tunnel offers you the chance to experience a sky dive that feels just like free-falling through the air from 12,000 to 3,000 feet. You’ll be surrounded by glass walls so you can keep your eye on the South China Sea – that’s if you can keep your focus.

F1 Driving Experience

For avid Formula 1 fans and adrenaline junkies, there’s the F1 Driving Experience. If you’ve ever found yourself telling the TV screen that Nico shouldn’t have slowed down or Lewis missed a trick, then put your driving expertise to the test on the very same track your racing heroes speed down. Singapore’s official F1 circuit is open to anyone who wants to give it a go, no racing experience needed. There will be a trained instructor there with you to make sure you feel confident behind the wheel at every turn. So, what will it be, Ferrari, McLaren or Lamborghini?

OCBC Skyway

What’s 22 metres tall and 128 metres long? The OCBC Skyway at the famous Supertree Grove, of course. Built to give visitors a feeling of floating above the ground, the skyway goes through the gardens filled with trees, shrubs and flowers, and gives spectacular panoramic views of the Marina Bay skyline and beyond.

Cable Skiing

There’s only one place to go for water sports that involve being thrust across the lagoon via a system of cables, and that’s SKI360degree. If you’re already acquainted with water skiing and wakeboarding, you’ll love taking it up to the next level by adding in the cables and obstacles. For those who are new to the idea of catching air from the water, you don’t need to worry, their experienced instructors will be on hand to show you the ropes. Literally.

Private Dinner Cable Car

You don’t have to slow down in your adventure seeking when it comes to dinner time. Take a seat and get a birds-eye view of Singapore from the top of Faber Peak with Private Sky Dining on the cable car. When you first arrive at Faber Peak, you’ll be able to skip the line (woo!) and then you’ll receive your welcome drink. Fantastic start.

Step into your private car for the evening and enjoy a four-course dinner as you hover over the landmarks you’ve been visiting during your stay in Singapore. For the duration of 90 minutes, you’ll be a casual 330 feet above the sea. Is there a more adventurous way to wine and dine?
