Really great experience 4/5 stars

Minutes walking distance from the markets, the main shopping areas (the bullring) and restaurants. Very friendly staff who always have a smile on their faces. Extremely handy room service, which doesn't take long. Lovely spacious room which was very clean, the bed was a great big size and very comfortable. 100% would recommend and stay again.

Not a bad hotel.

We stayed one night as we went to a festival at the o2 academy. Cannot comment on the food as we didn't have any. Rooms and bath room were a good size if a little dated. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We got back to hotel at midnight and our TV did not work and they offered to send someone up to fix it then. And when we left they didn't charge us for the parking. I would stay again.

Stayed here for a night when working in the area. Staff very friendly and helpful with all queries and recommendations for getting to where I needed to go. Had room service dinner and breakfast, food was lovely and not overpriced! The hotel decor was quirky but this really added to its character. Room was huge, clean and had everything you need even if it did look like it was from the 70/80's. cannot wait to come back next time I'm in the area.
