From start to finish the team was professional, organized and welcoming. The meals were great with variety and delivered on time; which is appreciated when I there isn't too much variety in an average quarantine day. I was there through Christmas and they had Christmas stockings leading up to the day so we still woke up with presents. Shout out April for remembering guests whether walking by or over the phone, it added a personal touch. Thanks again to the NZDF and M Social teams!
Thank you to the team at M Social. You made my time in isolation an absolute dream. Firstly, from the very beginning the staff were friendly and welcoming. Felt good to be back in NZ. The food.... shut up and take my money! Selection was fantastic and the food itself was simply amazing. I felt guilty eating so well while my pregnant wife was waiting for me at home. The room was modern and very comfortable, and I was lucky enough to have a cracking view of the harbour. TV options were spot on; movies, sport and the wifi was solid 24/7. I can assure you this is not the case at some of the other hotels and it made a huge difference in my time there. With great a location, the facilities and the team at hand, M Social has now set the bar high for future isolation experiences. Fingers crossed I land here again.
Comfy beds, great food for the quarantine. What makes it is the people-the staff are brilliant-always have a smile and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you to all-only 5 days to go and has gone v quickly thus far.
