“Two night escape”

My wife and I decided we needed a break from the real world. We hadn't stayed at the Grand Millennium before but reviews were good and it sounded exactly what we needed. There was a parking building right next door with lifts to the lobby which removed any difficulty in finding parking. For some reason we were upgraded to a suite which was a lovely surprise and the room was amazing. Every member of staff that we met were great and very friendly. We ate in both restaurants and the food was excellent. We would recommend staying here to anyone.

“Birthday”

We had some major issues with the admin side of checkin and we were double booked into same room that meant wife walked into a naked man in shower. There apology and resolve to upgrade things was very generous but unfortunately fell flat when at every Avenue had to explain things again to get them which made it very awkward. Once we got those services the Mellinium service to room and the views were absolutely incredible. Understand mistakes and they owned there so would happily stay again

“Fantastic Customer Relations”

We had a wonderful experience from when we first checked in at reception (with Dev) to the complimentary champagne for our honeymoon and customer service by the hotel manager. It was such a great stay, with a prime location. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!
