The Tui Suites provide a unique venue for your meeting experience. The rooms are accessible by the hotel lifts or via the private elevators directly from the main entrance of the hotel.

“Fantastic view, & outstanding employees”

Connie & I stayed here, for 2 days! We were on the 10 floor with a spectacular view!! There were some differences, here, than in U.S.! A delightful check-in man enhanced our stay! He helped with the elevator, & the drain; in addition to teasing me! Of course, I got him back!! Luckily, I purchased the Club Room! We had 1 hour of drinks & appetizers, every night, in addition to a scrumptious breakfast, on the 12th floor! The hosts there were splendid! I tried every New Zealand beer offered! We never did figure out, how to turn in the TV!!

“3 nights In Auckland”

3 night stay booked here after returning campervan after 32 nights before flying onwards. First room faced a noisy construction site but we were able to move to a room on the other side of the hotel which was better. We had a club room and enjoyed the club lounge drinks and canapés and access 24/7 for water and sodas. Tea, coffee and cakes were on had too. Hotel good location and only a short 15/20 mins walk to ferry, queen street just round the corner. Found some shorts cuts to restaurants too. Nice view of the tower. Not too many works going on around hotel for the underground just general building

“Best anniversary ever”

I don’t think my wife and I have had a better hotel experience in our lives. We were celebrating our anniversary before our first child arrives. Simon the guest experience manager and staff on that day just demonstrated such a high level of care and hospitality it made this the anniversary to top. I literally have no clue how we will top it next year. I’d like to single out Simon in particular he excels in representing the brand and we will be talking about what a great hotel the Grand is to people because of his attitude. Well done!!!
