Enjoy the great outdoors the Alaskan way. Don’t take a helicopter ride, instead take a hike on the Flattop Trailhead. The trail goes through the Chugach Mountains and takes only three hours to climb and return. At the top, visitors enjoy beautiful views of Anchorage, as well as views of the majestic Turnagain Arm. For a nominal fee of $23 per person, the Flattop mountain shuttle will pick visitors up from a designated spot and drop them back after the hike. On route, clients also get a mini-tour of the city.
