FAQ

Browser Information
This site is designed to work with the widest possible range of browsers and platforms. However, to make the most of your visit, it is advisable to use a recent version of a browser, such as or Internet Explorer 9 or Firefox 12.  A mobile version of this site is also available, and is optimised for iOS and Android operating systems.

Navigating Around the Site
The navigation bar on the top of the screen displays all the different sections in the site. To access any section, click on the button. On the left hand side, the Hotel detail navigation is displayed when you are viewing hotel information.

Searching for a Hotel and Booking a Room
The booking engine is towards the top of the page, and allows you to query our hotel booking system directly, to see what rooms are available on your chosen dates. Just select your date of arrival, the number of days you intend to stay, and the number of guests, then click search.

Should you decide to book a room form the list of choices a search has returned, you will be required to enter your booking information and a valid credit card number. This card is used to secure your booking, but not pay for it; you will complete the purchase when you check in.

Please remember to record the details of your booking, such as confirmation numbers. The best way to do this is to print out the pages for your reference. You will need these numbers if for any reason you decide to amend or cancel your booking.

Pop-up Windows - When I click on a link, all I have is a message box which says "This link will open in a new window" but the new window does not appear.
We understand pop-up windows are a nuisance and most of us have a pop-up blocker to stop it. If you have this installed, please follow the steps below as all our pop-up are essential and never a nuisance advertisement.
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click on Tools, mouse over Pop-up Blocker, and click on Turn Off Pop-up Blocker (if the option says turn on Pop-up blocker, then disregard).
