Celebrate Wheels in Durham this season
From 21 May 2013 To 26 May 2013Address
Museum of Life + Science, 433 Murray Avenue, Durham, NC 27704
Most of us get in a car or on a bike without paying much attention to their wheels, but they remain one of the most significant inventions ever - where would we be without them?
Guests at Durham hotels can teach kids all about them and benefit from a new appreciation for their uses thanks to a new exhibition called Wheels at the Museum of Life + Science from May 21st to 26th.
Each day, there will be a host of activities dedicated to all things that roll and spin so visitors can have fun while they learn about inertia.
Kids will be able to clamber through a maze of tractor wheels, build a paper rollercoaster, make their own race track and much more, so a day at the museum is sure to live long in the memory.
Residents of the Millennium Hotel Durham who are eager to go along to Wheels could be best taking a taxi to the museum, as this will only take around seven minutes.
