CU Art Museum, 1085 18th Street, Boulder, CO 80309
Old photographs provide a valuable glimpse into the past to allow us to see how our ancestors live and they are consequently often the subject of museum exhibitions.
Guests at Boulder hotels will be able to see one such display if they head to the University of Colorado Art Museum - but they do not have long in which to do so.
Primal Seen: Selections from the CU Art Museum's Collection of Photography will be closing on June 22nd, so anyone who wants to check it out on a break in the city will need to do so soon.
It presents pictures on a variety of themes, including remembrance and memory, the gaze and the female body, and 19th century tropes and techniques, so there will be something to interest visitors of all ages.
Guests at the Millennium Harvest House Boulder will find they can easily walk to the museum to see the snapshots, as it is less than 20 minutes away on foot.
