Mod Sun is a rapper who describes his own musical style as being 'hippy-hop', claiming the sound is akin to an audible smile.
His ethos is centred around choosing to be happy - and this certainly comes through in his upbeat tracks.
The artist began touring when he was just 17 years old - and he had already toured the world as a drummer for Scary Kids Scaring Kids and Four Letter Lie by the age of 21.
On February 18th, he will be playing a gig at the Old Rock House in St Louis, Missouri - and this should prove to be an unmissable experience.
Entry costs $10 when booked in advance - and some tickets will also be available at the door on the day of the performance for the slightly higher price of $15.
Residents at the Millennium Hotel St Louis will find that they are able to get to the venue in less than five minutes if they jump in a taxi.
Frontier Ruckus and Water Liars will both be playing at the Old Rock House on October 26th.
