Now into their fourth decade as a live fixture, the group have honed their talents to become a truly sensational act.

Debut album If This Is Rock and Roll, I Want My Old Job Back came out in 1991 - and their career has been defined by bouts of intense productivity.

Their most recent collection of original tracks came out in 2010 and was entitled The Further Adventures of... The Saw Doctors.

On March 15th, the band are due to travel to New York to play a show at the city's Irving Plaza.

Entry for the show costs just $38.50 plus booking fees - and residents at the Millennium UN Plaza Hotel will find that they are ideally placed to access the venue.

Around two miles is all that separates the venue - and this can be covered in around ten minutes by jumping in a cab.
