On April 12th, the Tennessee Performing Arts Center will be playing host to not just one, but two legendary acts from the annals of rock history.

War have been mixing funk, rock, Latin, reggae, jazz and R&B for over four decades now - and their hits include the likes of Low Rider, The Cisco Kid, Spill the Wine and Why Can't We Be Friends.

Their live shows are an experience not to be missed - and they will be joined by Tower of Power in Nashville.

This group has a special CD and DVD box set out to commemorate their own four decades of working together.

Furthermore, their latest release features covers of soul classics, including collaborations with singers like Joss Stone, Sir Tom Jones, Huey Lewis and Sam Moore.

Entry for the concert is priced between $35 and $67 depending on seating - and residents at the Millennium Maxwell House Nashville will be able to get to the venue in less than ten minutes by jumping in a taxi.
