Later this month the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles will be playing host to a unique event saluting the life of late star Whitney Houston.

Visitors to Los Angeles hotels on or around October 11th will be able to catch previously never before seen footage of the singer and exclusive interviews.

As well as this, there will be artists and friends of Houston sharing their memories of the star.

Additionally, the hour-long special will feature highlights of Houston's career, including some of her most iconic performances, while stars such as Jennifer Hudson and Usher will take part.

People will be able to get tickets for the unique show from as little as $25, while the most expensive seating will cost $50.

Guests staying at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel Los Angeles will be able to get to the venue in around five minutes when you jump in a car or taxi.
