Alt rock mavericks Eels hit LA
From 15 February 2013 To 15 February 2013Address
The Fonda Theatre, 6126 Hollywood Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90028, United States
Eels are a long-running alt-rock project led by Mark Oliver Everett and a roving list of collaborators.
They formed in the mid-1990s and won critical acclaim and commercial success with the singles Novocaine for the Soul, Susan's House and Your Lucky Day in Hell.
Later this year, the group is set to return with its tenth album, which is entitled Wonderful, Glorious.
They will also be embarking on a world tour in support of this release - and on February 15th, they will be playing a show at the Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles.
Entry prices start at $32 plus booking fees - and visitors to the city who hope to catch the show may wish to consider booking rooms at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel Los Angeles.
This is because the accommodation is ideally placed for access to the venue - it is possible to get there in less than 20 minutes by driving or jumping in a taxi.
