The award-winning musical Jersey Boys will be coming to North Carolina next month and it could be a great night out for people staying in Durham hotels.

While on Broadway, the show picked up the 2006 Tony Award for Best Musical and since then it has travelled the US, earning rave reviews all across the country.

The Chicago Tribune wrote: "The most exciting musical package Broadway has seen in years."

Most people will be familiar with the story of how four blue-collar New Jersey youngsters became one of the greatest successes in pop music history, but that doesn't mean it is any less spectacular when it is witnessed live.

While in North Carolina it will be hosted by the Durham Performing Arts Center from October 30th to November 8th.

The venue is particularly handy for those staying at the Millennium Hotel Durham, as it is only a ten-minute car journey away.
