Actor, comedian, and humanitarian Chris Tucker is best known for playing Detective James Carter in the Rush Hour films alongside Jackie Chan, but he has also been a mainstay of the US stand-up comedy circuit since the early 1990s.

On April 19th, fans staying at Durham hotels will be able to catch him at the city's Performing Arts Center showing off his latest comedy routine.

It is part of his The Return tour which is taking place across America this year and is sure to be well attended by his followers, with Tucker set to make all kinds of observations on modern life in his trademark hyper-animated manner.
