Chicago gig-goers are to be given the chance to see in the New Year with a bang as The Airborne Toxic Event take to the stage of the Metro for a special show.
The LA band, who are currently riding high following the recent release of their acclaimed sophomore album All At Once, will play to what is likely to be a packed house on Monday December 31st.
As well as being treated to the five-piece’s celebrated blend of orchestral rock and no-nonsense indie, those lucky enough to bag tickets for the show - as well as rooms in Chicago hotels for the big night - will be able to upgrade to a VIP package, complete with goody bags, free drinks and limited-edition silk screen posters to take home.
Additionally, revellers will be treated to a host of other acts, as well as to DJ sets well into the early hours as the Metro celebrates the end of its 30th anniversary year in style.
Guests checking into the Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel Chicago will be able to roll into bed just minutes after leaving the Metro party, with the nearby Botanical Gardens offering the perfect chance to enjoy a lazy start to the New Year.
