Address Harris Theatre for Music & Dance, 205 East Randolph Street, Chicago, IL 60601, United States

From December 6th to the 9th, the Hubbard Street Dance in Chicago will be presenting a performance of an acclaimed work from famed Swedish master choreographer Mats Ek.

Entitled Casi-Casa, these shows are set to take place at the Harris Theatre for Music & Dance.

First staged for Danza Contemporanea de Cuba in 2009, this represents a major new acquisition for the company - and it promises to be a truly unmissable event.

It is a 40-minute composite of two earlier works from Ek - The Apartment and Fluke - and it alludes to dramatic situations in a very subtle manner.

Home appliances are scattered about the stage to imply a lazy, domestic coziness - but this is offset by darker and more sombre tones.

The Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel Chicago could be the perfect place for visitors to the city to stay, as it is conveniently located a short drive away from the venue that should take no more than ten minutes to cover.
