Sita Ram is an exciting new production of an original musical that is set to open at the Harris Theatre for Music & Dance in Chicago on December 14th.

There will also be two performances on December 15th - and it is being presented by David Kersnar of Lookingglass Theatre Company, Josephine Lee of Chicago Children's Choir and Krithika Rajagopalan of Natya Dance Theatre.

Josephine Lee commissioned David Kersnar and Jai Uttal to create a world musical that reflects the huge diversity of Chicago.

This was back in 2002 - and the work has finally come to fruition.
