Nada Surf are to return to Chicago as they round off a busy year with a brief US tour.
The power-pop group will take to the stage of the Metro on Saturday December 8th to promote their latest full-length release, The Stars are Indifferent to Astronomy.
As well as treating fans to songs from this well-received album, they will be performing numbers from the length of their career, ranging from their grungy early days to the breezy tracks of more recent years.
Given the warm reception the band were given across Europe this autumn, it's likely that the Metro gig will sell out well in advance, meaning music fans booked into Chicago hotels that weekend will have to buy their tickets in advance if they want to see the three-piece in action.
The Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel Chicago is ideally located for music fans, with not only the popular Metro concert hall, but also a wide range of the Windy City's world-famous blues bars just a few minutes away by taxi.
