The Presets are an electronic music duo from Australia who were formed in 2003 and have gone on to enjoy considerable international acclaim and success.

Their debut album Beams was released in 2004 and was praised for its fusion of 1980s dance beats with a rave-inspired edge.

Follow-up second album Apocalypso enjoyed more significant chart success and now the band is touring their third LP - entitled Pacifica.

While it continues their tradition of synth-aced pop songs, it does not shy from straying in to uncharted musical territory.

The pair will be travelling to Chicago to play at the Metro on October 25th - and tickets cost $21 in advance or on the door.
