Punch Brothers will be appearing on the Town Ballroom stage on February 13th and the gig could provide people staying in Buffalo hotels around that time with an unexpected highlight.
The progressive bluegrass band consists of Chris Thile, Gabe Witcher, Noam Pikelny, Chris Eldridge, and Paul Kowert. They have been recording and performing since 2006.
Now, with three albums and an EP behind them, they are beginning to make major waves on the US music scene and have just shot their first music video - Movement and Location, directed by Danny Clinch.
Some tickets are still available and they are priced at $20.00 in advance or $23.00 at the door, which opens at 7:00 p.m. EST.
It is easy to get to the venue from the Millennium Hotel Buffalo, as the Town Ballroom is less than ten miles away. This means that a drive or taxi journey along the Kensington Expressway will take just 12 minutes
