DeVotchKa are a unique band that boast a live show unlike anything that can be experienced elsewhere.
The four-piece multi-instrumental and vocal ensemble take their name from the Russian word devochka, which means 'girl'.
Originally a backing band for burlesque shows, the group released their debut album - SuperMelodrama - in 2000.
Their breakthrough came with 2004's How It Ends, the title track from which reached number 101 in the UK charts, before being used in the films Everything Is Illuminated and Little Miss Sunshine.
After supporting Muse on a worldwide arena tour, the band remain balanced between world domination and underground anonymity.
Their Day of the Dead show at the Boulder Theater promises to be an unmissable chance to see the group - and entry costs just $29.50.
The Millennium Harvest House Boulder could be the perfect place for visitors to the city to stay, as it is just one-and-a-half miles away from the venue.
