Ludwig van Beethoven is one of the most popular classical music composers, with his music as relevant now as it ever was.

Now, anyone staying in Boston hotels this spring who counts themselves as a fan could be in for a treat thanks to a show at the Boston Symphony Hall.

The resident orchestra at the venue is to put on an All-Beethoven Program as part of its spring series on April 15th.

It will see Gabriela Montero take to the stage as the soloist for Beethoven's Piano Concerto No 5 (Emperor), but the event is also to feature the excellent Symphony No 5, which has been sampled a number of times in modern pop music.

Tickets are priced between $30 and $114 depending on seating and it is sure to be a great evening out for couples visiting the city.

The Symphony Hall is just a ten-minute taxi ride away from the Millennium Bostonian Hotel Boston.
