Artie Lang is a highly acclaimed stand-up comedian who is noted for his very dark sense of humour.

He has been on the live comedy circuit since he was just 19 years old - but his break came in 1995 when he starred in the first season of MADtv.

It's the Whiskey Talkin' was a recording of one of his live shows that was issued in 2004 - and Jack and Coke followed five years later.

Visitors to Boston will be able to get a taste of Lang's material for themselves when he heads to the city's Wilbur Theatre.
