1. Participation in Business Direct is open to companies that regularly make hotel bookings.  Participation is subject to acceptance by Millennium Hotels and Resorts, who retains the right to refuse an application.

2. Each U.S. hotel will offer its own Business Direct rate based on a 15% off (10% worldwide) its best available rate.  Best available rates are fully flexible prices that change dynamically, possibly more than once a day, including select suites.

3. A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made by 4:00pm on the day of arrival. Should the guest not show up or cancellation is received after 4:00pm, the first night will be charged to the credit card provided. 

4. This program is not available for group bookings; maximum of 9 rooms can be booked per day/per hotel with this program.

5. Other than Frequent Flyer program mileage, participants may not claim any benefits for a booking from any other promotional program. In order to qualify for airline mileage, the guest staying must belong to one of the participating airline programs.

6. The spouse/partner stays free is only valid if they are staying in the same room.

7. Complimentary newspaper where applicable or available.

8. Millennium Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to declare invalid those reservations it has reason to believe are not in accordance with the rules of  Business Direct at any time.

9. Direct billing is not available for this program.

10. Millennium Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to change the terms of this program at any time.

11. Offer is nontransferable.
