Hence the cuisine runs the gamut from Italian to Japanese with a common theme of the surrounding seas. The Japanese and Italian chefs place the culinary accent on experimentation but rooted in the grand traditions. Stand-out decorative features range from out-size chandeliers to wine column lanterns. Richly carved walls evoke Aztec dining but seated on Charles Eames chairs. This Italian and Japanese restaurant in Bangkok also presents overhanging floating gardens and private rooms with a magnificent view.
