Music fans checking into a Bangkok hotel this year will be able to enjoy some quality jazz music during their stay.

From September 7th the Q Bar on Sukhumvit Soi will host Eavesdrop Mondays weekly, offering visitors the chance to attend a night of smooth-sounding vibes.

Listings website Eventful says that the evening will include a range of styles including acid jazz, funk and a touch of hip hop. New resident saxophone player OHN, who used to play in Thai group T-bone, will also be in action.

The Q Bar hosts a range of music events throughout the year. On September 10th UB Radio is inviting holidaymakers and locals alike to see a range of underground talent perform live at the venue.

Event organisers told those planning to attend: "The UB LIVE project continues to push the boundaries of the Bangkok nightlife scene further forward with a night of incredible electronic flavours."
