One Million Asia Miles Giveaway Draw

Eligibility

• All Asia Miles members with qualifying stays within the specified lucky draw period except: where Asia Miles member is a staff of Millennium & Copthorne International Limited (MCIL), Millennium Hotels & Resorts (MHR), CPLP (Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes Ltd.) and their advertising agencies.
• The validity of all qualifying applications shall be determined by MCIL and CPLP (Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes Ltd.) in their sole and absolute discretion.
• Once chance will be allocated for every minimum stay of 3 nights at any participating Millennium & Copthorne Hotels. Stays will be based on qualifying rates and not valid with any other promotions 
   

Mechanics of Draw

• MCIL will generate a report with a list of names of all qualifying Asia Miles members at the end of the lucky draw period.
• The draw will take place on 7th March 2008 at Grand Copthorne Waterfront, 392 Havelock Road Singapore 169663.
• The names will then be cut into slips and placed in a box for a draw to be conducted at the lobby of Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel in the presence of an internal auditor.
• Winners will have their prizes credited by CPLP (Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes Ltd.) into their respective Asia Miles membership accounts and will be notified by their Asia Miles statements. Their names will be published on the Millennium & Copthorne Hotels website (www.millenniumhotels.com/programmes/asiamiles.html) and in Today newspapers on 14th March 2008. All decisions will be final, solicitations will not be entertained. 
   

Terms & Conditions

• All prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
• MCIL and CPLP (Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes Ltd.) reserve the right to use the names of the winners to print advertisement, or otherwise engage the winners for its publicity purposes.
• The winners would need to agree to acknowledge the acceptance of the prize in case they are being drawn in the lucky draw (as per Singapore “Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) Notification 1996) and submit the following details – 
  - Full Name
  - Email Address
  - Asia Miles membership number
  - Identification numbers / Passport numbers
• In consideration of being entered in the draw, each participant authorises Millennium & Copthorne International Limited to disclose and publicise his or her name and other particulars determined by Millennium & Copthorne International Limited to any persons and in any mode and manner as Millennium & Copthorne International Limited considers appropriate in relation to the One Million Giveaway Draw. The winners of the prizes shall also participate in any publicity activities organised by Millennium & Copthorne International Limited in connection with the draw. By participating in this lucky draw, participants agree to be bound by the official rules and regulations and decisions of Millennium & Copthorne International Limited.
• Winners will be notified by email for their acknowledgement / acceptance of the prize.
• Asia Miles credited to winners are final and non-transferable.

Decisions of Millennium & Copthorne International Limited and CPLP (Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes Ltd.)

• The decisions of MCIL and CPLP (Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes Ltd.) on all matters related to this Lucky Draw are final, conclusive and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
• MCIL and CPLP (Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes Ltd.) reserve the right to vary, amend, delete or add any of the Terms & Conditions, at any time, in their sole and absolute discretion without any prior notice.
