Terms & Conditions
- Weekends Away Packages are available on Fridays & Saturdays and valid from now to
31 December 2009.
- Rates inclusive of American breakfast for two.
- Room bookings are required in advance and confirmation is subject to availability. Blackout
dates may apply.
- Rates are subjected to service charge and prevailing government taxes unless otherwise
stated.
- Rates valid per room per night, unless otherwise stated.
- Not valid with other discounts, promotions or privilege cards.
- Bookings are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Cancellation will impose a penalty
charge of 1 night stay.
- Amendment made to booking on, or prior to arrival can be made without additional charge but
will be subject to a recalculation of rates. Amendment allowed within the same programme only.
- Early check out is allowed but no refund extended.
- Children's policy for Weekends Away with Millennium & Copthorne International:
- Each room allows up to a maximum of 2 children under 11 years of age to
stay for free.
- Extra bed will be subject to availability and chargeable.
- Rates are commissionable and loaded in GDS.
