The Golden Triangle Kuala Lumpur is considered by many to be the main shopping and nightlife district in Malaysia.

Located to the northeast of the KL City Centre, the Golden Triangle more or less covers the area north of Jalan Pudu, south of Jalan Ampang and west of Jalan Imbi and Jalan Tun Razak. It includes the entire Kuala Lumpur City Centre which is home to the Petronas Twin Towers, the Suria KLCC shopping centre, KLCC Convention Centre and the KLCC Park.

The Golden Triangle Kuala Lumpur also includes the city's busiest shopping area of Bukit Bintang spanning over 3 roads and is home to a myriad of cafes, alfresco dining outlets and shopping complexes such as Berjaya Times Square, Bukit Bintang Plaza, Imbi Plaza, Kuala Lumpur Plaza, Sungei Wang Plaza, Lot 10, and Pavilion KL. The Jalan Sultan Ismail strip features an impressive list of hotels in the Golden Triangle Kuala Lumpur, making this area an important tourist hub as well.

The Golden Triangle is also home to many fashionable nightclubs, bars and lounges which include the Hard Rock Cafe, Beach Club (which was voted as the Best Bar in Asia), Luna Bar, Rum Jungle, Nuovo, Espanda and so many others.
