News|Break dancing show to open in New YorkGroovaloo is to open at the Union Square Theatre for a limited run of five weeks and is sure to delight people who enjoy shows such as Stomp. Made up of the dancers who won US reality TV show Superstars of Dance, it features break dancing, hip hop and contemporary dance while telling a modern story of the struggles, hopes and dreams of its characters. Bradley Rapier, who founded Groovaloo, told the Associated Press that audiences will be impressed by their "high-energy head spins, hand spins and flips". The show will run at the theatre - which is situated at 100 East 17th Street - until January 3rd 2010. People travelling there by Subway are advised to catch the 4, 5 or 6 to Union Square, as the theatre is within walking distance of the station.
