News|Murder and fine dining within easy reach of Millennium St LouisBut if your idea of a good night out is a bite to eat and a trip to the theatre, the Bissell Mansion Restaurant will take care of both facets and throw in a bit of murder for good measure. The restaurant which bills itself as 'St Louis' oldest hysterical landmark' is proud to present "Flaming saddles" which will run until the program changes at the end of July. Diners are invited to interact with the cast while enjoying a four-course dinner with wine, by delivering a line or two or dreaming up a quick alibi for the time of the murder. Participation is not obligatory but, if you'd like a starring role, just mention it when you make your reservation. This month, guests are transported back to the lawless streets of Tombstone during the gold rush and anyone in the room can end up solving the crime for a nightly prize. As one cast member says: "It's only funny 'til someone dies - then it's hysterical."
