Nashville Pussy are a rock 'n' roll band from Atlanta in the southern state of Georgia.

The band takes their name from Ted Nugent's introduction to Wang Dang Sweet Poontang on the Double Live Gonzo album.

They have been active since the mid-1990s and their debut album - which was entitled Let Them Eat Pussy - was released to a considerable degree of critical acclaim.

Despite a Grammy Award nomination for one of the tracks from this LP - Fried Chicken and Coffee - the group has remained an underground act, never really approaching the mainstream.

On February 23rd, they will be playing a gig at the Old Rock House in St Louis, Missouri - and this should prove to be a raucous night of entertainment.

Residents at the Millennium Hotel St Louis will find that they are able to get to the venue in less than five minutes if they drive or jump in a cab.
