• Rates quoted are for room only
• Bookings are subject to availability
• Minimum of 3 nights stay is required.
• Discount is applicable for all bookings made for minimum 3 nights or more and is applied to the Best Available Rate available at the point of booking.
• Rates quoted are subject to 10% service charge and 7% GST.
• One night non-refundable charge will be charged at time of booking.
• One night non-refundable charge will be charged at time of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
• Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to 2pm local hotel time on the intended date of arrival. Cancellations made after this time or no-show will result in the full amount of the stay being taken from the card used to book the reservation.
• Amendments can be made free of charge up to 48 hours prior to 2pm local hotel time on the intended date of arrival within the original promotion; however will be subject to a re-calculation of rates which may equal or more than the original reservation.  
• Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.
• Leisure for Longer Rate does not apply to group bookings.
• Bookings are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

• No accrual of any airline mileage
