Meet the Chef
Alexandre Chaustier, Executive Chef
Alexandre was inspired in his mother's kitchen. After that, working as an apprentice for a Michelin restaurant and for various delicatessens helped him to creatively expand colours and taste, and it also taught him how to perform his skills for famous French restaurants. His menus include classic and new cuisine, presented artistically, in a variety of colours and dishes.
