Anyone heading to the Big Apple for a stay at the Millennium Broadway Hotel New York may wish to keep their eyes peeled for the cast of Sex and the City 2.

Reports have revealed that the sequel to the hit 2008 movie is currently being filmed on the streets of Manhattan, with some lucky people already having glimpsed Sarah Jessica Parker and Chris Noth, aka Carrie and Big.

Pictures show SJP in character, strolling in the sunshine dressed in a beautiful white dress and skyscraper heels. However, they also show her with an '80s-style perm, suggesting that some of the film may be a flashback to her arrival in New York.

Fans of SATC could consider combining their stay in New York with a tour of some of the series' locations.

According to GoNYC.com, the Magnolia Bakery on Bleecker street is where Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte would meet up to eat cupcakes, but it will also sell the delicacies to real visitors to New York.
