One of America's most enduring sports franchises, the New York Knicks will be tipping off
against the New Jersey Jets at Madison Square Garden later this month.
On October 24th, the two teams will be competing in their last pre-season warm-up before the
start of the season. Both teams will be competing in the Atlantic division of the NBA's Eastern
Conference.
Tickets start from $10 for upper tier chairs and can rise up to several thousand dollars for
the perfect court-side seating - so it is a good idea to book plenty of time in advance.
The Garden is one of New York's biggest and best venues. It has played host to some of the
most important sporting events in history, including the 1971 boxing match between Joe Frazier and
Muhammad Ali, known as The Fight of the Century.
Madison Square Garden has also been the venue for some of the most notable live concerts from
the Jackson Five, Janis Joplin, the Rolling Stones and John Lennon right through to Kanye West,
Madonna and Coldplay.
