The Island of Many Hills or Manhattan is a borough located in New York City and one of the wealthiest counties in the United States. Manhattan consists of Manhattan Island, Roosevelt Island, Randalls Island, about a tenth of Ellis Island and the portion of Liberty Island that is above the water.
