As we bid farewell to 2009 and welcome a brand new year, join us for downtown's most stylish New Year's Eve celebration - the New Year's Eve Dinner & Gala at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel! All events held Thursday, December 31, 2009.
New Year's Eve Dinner
Choose from 2 exciting options! An elegant four-course menu in the Rendezvous Court
includes an appetizer trio featuring our famous Kobe beef meatballs and lobster arancino, organic
salad and entree choices such as Mediterranean sea bass, lamb ribeye with peppermint essence or
beef tenderloin, plus a trio of Italian desserts. Or head over to Sai Sai for a lavish tapas
buffet of fresh Asian seafood, robata, sushi and more! Dinner includes tickets to the annual
New Year's Eve Gala (see details below).

Click here to view the menu. New Year's Eve Gala Celebration* The Biltmore Hotel proudly hosts our annual New Year's Eve Gala in the majestic Crystal
Ballroom, where the "Oscar" statuette was first conceived! Dance the night away to live and
DJ-spun music, and visit the Gallery Bar for cocktails and a live band. Then, you'll toast
the New Year at midnight with a glass of bubbly champagne amid a shower of balloons from the
Crystal Ballroom's soaring ceiling!

Tickets may be purchased at the door the night of, if available. *Attendees must be 21 years of age or over. Cash bar in all areas. Attire is formal.
