New Concept Noodle Bar - Opening in Late January 2012

The renovated outlet will be re-opened as a fast, casual, yet chic and healthy "Noodle Bar" to serve the Downtown LA community!  

Sai Sai Noodle Bar will have a soft opening during the week of January 30th, 2012.

The simple and casual menu will offer appetizers, salads and various types of noodles and soup base. It ranges from the Vietnamese noodle - Pho to Japanese noodle – Udon/Ramen. The healthy soup is made daily with the freshest ingredients. The outlet also offers the well-known “ Bubbies Mochi” Ice Cream flown in from Hawaii!

The bar will offer local micro brews, California grown varietal wines, and sake with plenty of comfortable and communal seating. Also featuring:

• Complimentary Wi-Fi for customers to surf the internet

• Artistic Corner - Customers to paint canvas to be displayed as permanent decor in noodle bar

For customers who are on-the-go, we offer takeout services so that you may enjoy our noodles anywhere.
